Release 001 — our food-grade stainless steel protein shaker — is live on Amazon India. The product catalog and the operations are both in their first year. This is where the logistics function starts.
The Role
Own the physical movement of every product.
You will be responsible for every physical movement of our product: from the manufacturer's floor to the customer's doorstep, and every step in between. You will work directly with the founder and coordinate across manufacturing partners, Amazon India's FBA network, packaging vendors, courier partners, and eventually our own warehouse setup.
FBA Inventory Management
Monitor Amazon FBA inventory levels, create inbound shipments, manage replenishment cycles, prevent stockouts — the single biggest launch killer — and maintain the 60-day operating reserve discipline.
Warehouse & Storage
Manage buffer stock storage in Bangalore, set up storage SOPs, track batch/lot traceability, and manage stock reconciliation and cycle counts.
Reverse Logistics
Handle returns processing, coordinate with Amazon on customer returns disposition — refurbish, liquidate, or destroy. Track return rate trends and flag product quality issues to the founder.
Courier & Last-Mile (D2C)
Set up and manage courier partner relationships — Delhivery, Shiprocket, XpressBees, and others — for direct-to-consumer orders when we launch bebravos.com. Negotiate rates, track TAT and RTO rates.
Supplier Coordination
Work with our manufacturers and packaging vendors on production scheduling, QC timelines, delivery milestones, and batch tracking.
Cost Optimization
Build and track landed cost per unit — manufacturing, freight, FBA fees, last mile. Identify cost-saving opportunities in routing, consolidation, packaging, and carrier selection.
Compliance & Documentation
Ensure all inbound shipments comply with GST e-way bill requirements, Legal Metrology regulations, and Amazon FBA shipment guidelines. Maintain documentation for audit and input tax credit claims.
Systems & SOPs
Build the logistics operating system from scratch: inbound checklists, inventory tracking spreadsheets, weekly dashboards, exception reporting, and escalation protocols.
Who You Are
Built for the ground floor.
This role demands hands-on execution, not just strategy. You will build alongside the founder with no team to delegate to — at least at first.
4–7 years of logistics and supply chain experience
Ideally in Indian e-commerce. Amazon FBA experience is a strong plus. You know the ground realities — not just the theory.
Hands-on with inbound freight and FBA shipments
You have managed multi-channel inventory in India. You know what a correct inbound shipment looks like at Amazon FC gates.
Lean, early-stage ready
Comfortable working in an environment where there is no team to delegate to. You will execute alongside the founder, not hand off.
Data-driven operator
You track KPIs — fulfilment cost per unit, TAT, RTO rate, stockout days — and act on them. You build dashboards that surface problems before they become crises.
Knows Indian logistics partners
Worked with courier aggregators, freight forwarders, and FBA. You understand the difference between a Shiprocket label and a direct Delhivery contract.
Bonus: category experience
Background in consumer goods, health and wellness, fitness accessories, or kitchenware. Familiar with the packaging and compliance landscape for food-contact products.
